Being a professional chef for more than 35 years, I am still surprised when I hear people saying that they get so much "take-out" because they can't make the same thing at home.

     When I speak with them, it is as if many people think what we do in restaurants is magic or something.  Even when it comes to a good pizza or a simple burger, everyone thinks, they can't do it at home.

     It was then that I decided to start a YouTube channel to show people that with some simple items, a little practice, and a love of food, that anyone can make magical meals at home.
